RETURN POLICY?
Returns: If not satisfied with the merchandise within 30 days of delivery, contact
us by e-mail or phone: 1-877-700-DECO or Returns@Decor-Collection.com, and ask to
process a return. After approval by our returns department we will contact you and
authorize the return process. Merchandise must be returned in the original shipping
materials in good condition, shipping & full insurance charges will be on the
buyers expense pre-paid, no collect shipping allowed. We will need to receive the
returned item before we can process your return. When the merchandise returns in
good condition, a refund will be issued for the merchandise, there will be NO RESTOCKING.
Damaged merchandise will be refused, and no refund will be issued. Failure to meet
any of these requirements will result a refusal and no refund will be issued.
PAYMENT POLICY?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express (Discover), Google Checkout and PayPal.
Money Orders, and Personal Checks are also accepted please allow additional time
for checks to be cleared. Please contact us for further details if decide pay by
these two choices. In accordance with our payment terms, items scheduled to ship
within 1-5 business days of order date are billed in full at time of order.

All items are for decorative purpose only, unless mentioned otherwise. Décor-collection.com
shall not be liable for any injury, loss, direct or indirect due to the use of our
products. It is the responsibility of the Customer to determine the suitable use
of the product before purchasing. Prices are subject to change without notice; our
liability shall only be limited to the replacement of a product that is proved to
be defective. Pricing (Although a great has been given to the accuracy of the information
in the website and pricing, Décor-collection.com can not be held responsible for
any errors and /or omissions
DELIVERY TIME?
When you place an order, we will ship out the goods as soon as they are packaged properly this can take anywhere from 1-5
business days. We deliver our products with FedEx or UPS All products are insured
with the maximum amount of insurance. In case there is unpredicted damage during
delivery, you will get your full amount of money back.
The shipping time (Domestic United States):
West region is about 1-3 days.
Mid region is about 3-5 days.
East region is about 5-7 days.

The shipping prices for international shipments
vary please contact us at info@decor-collection.com, for further price quotes, additional
shipping charges will apply also any duty taxes will be paid by customer.
Hawaii and Alaska could take up to and beyond
10 days. Unfortunately there are shipping charges for these states. Please contact
